Hello! My name is Miss Barnfield and I am so excited to be your Year 4 teacher! I have recently completed my                teacher training and am now a fully qualified teacher which is a dream I’ve worked really hard to achieve with many years dedicated to education. I am passionate about teaching the next generation, helping children to discover what they truly enjoy, and supporting them to reach their full potential.

I love teaching all of the subjects in the National Curriculum and it makes me so happy to see children’s progression and confidence grow throughout the year. Watching those “lightbulb moments” when something clicks is the best part of my job!

A little bit about me, I have been rollerskating since I was 2 years old! I even competed in the British Championships, which was an amazing experience. I also love going on long dog walks with my dog, Millie. Being out in nature is one of my favourite ways to relax and recharge, it gives me lots of inspiration and energy for the classroom!
